It is an old farm at the base of the French Pyrenees, where we
have established a natural retreat with the hope of creating an
atmosphere where one can sense and experience the energy and spirit
of life and which can facilitate our self expression, healing and
growth. |

The farm is located in a very natural and clean environment. It evokes a feeling of shelter and protection together with quiet intimacy.
It is ideal for individual rest and self discovery and also well suited for groups, workshops and seminars.
At the same time, there are many activities around (surroundings) to meet everyone’s needs and desires; hiking, thermal baths, canyonning, hang gliding, as well as day excursions to swimming in mountain lakes or the ocean. There are also cultural activities with unique caves, castles and monasteries or the observatory of the Pic du Midi.
In wintertime one can drive within an hour to a number of ski resorts,
La Mongie, Saint Lary, Payolle (cross country), with all the normal possibilities
for snowboarding or skiing, as well as walks with snow rackets or sleighing.
